PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT, FILLING OUT THE DIGITAL PAPERWORK AND THEN SCHEDULING YOUR INITIAL INTAKE AND TREATMENT APPOINTMENT.

You will need to:

1. Under New Clients, Find an Acupuncture Initial appointment date and time in the Scheduling section below.
2. Register your account by filling out your information.
3. Fill out the 2 pieces of digital paperwork (Health Screening & Reschedules and Cancellations Policies) in the Forms section.
4. Schedule the Acupuncture Initial Appointment and Pay the deposit to hold the appointment.
5. Look for text and email confirmations after booking the appointment. 

​IF YOU DO NOT GET A TEXT AND EMAIL CONFIRMATION, YOU HAVE NOT BEEN SCHEDULED FOR AN APPOINTMENT.

IF YOU CANNOT COMPLETE THE PAPERWORK, HAVE TO COME BACK TO IT LATER OR ARE UNABLE TO SEE THE PAPERWORK YOU HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED, PLEASE LOG BACK INTO YOUR PATIENT PORTAL AND IT SHOULD BE THERE FOR YOU :)
